2D and 3D Virtual Camera System Technology Owned by Future Vision Recently Sold Off The Dean's List

The Future Vision technology relating to a virtual camera system was recently sold on The Dean’s List Online IP Exchange after only three months of active posting.  The acquired technology offers the use of multiple video feeds for the viewer, who can either select their favorite vantage point, or see multiple vantage points at one time allowing users to view images from any angle, providing improved visual content without obstruction.

While there is an apparent use for the technology in the entertainment industry it also applies to security and surveillance, medical imaging, scientific imaging, and military markets where perspective-based viewing of content is beneficial.

Initially posted onto The Dean’s List in late January, the Future Vision technology was quickly noticed by the network of buyers visiting the site.  One of these viewers became the eventual buyer, but inquiries continued to come in during the negotiation process.  The continued interest from the market provided viable alternatives for the company should the original deal fall through.  During it’s posting on The Dean’s List, The Future Vision posting was viewed hundreds of times by potential buyers from around the world.

“The process was quick, transparent and an effective way of getting our technology to the marketplace” commented Thomas McClaughry, COO of Future Vision Technologies, Inc. “Ocean Tomo brought about liquidity by connecting us with a buyer we would have otherwise not have reached.”
